GENERAL RULES APPLICABLE TO ALL MILITARIZE SWEEPSTAKES

Unless otherwise stated in the Official Rules for a particular promotion, the following general terms apply to sweepstakes administered by MLTRZ Inc. d/b/a Militarize (“Administrator”).

No Purchase Necessary. No purchase or donation is necessary to enter or win. Each sweepstakes will provide a free Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”) as described in the applicable promotion-specific Official Rules. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Eligibility. Unless otherwise stated, Militarize sweepstakes are open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Additional eligibility requirements or geographic restrictions may apply to a particular promotion and will be disclosed in its specific Official Rules.

Entry Integrity. All entries must be submitted through an authorized entry method. Entries obtained through fraud, bots, scripts, automated systems, false identities, manipulated transactions, false military claims, mechanically reproduced mail-in requests, tampering, or other prohibited conduct may be voided. The Administrator will not arbitrarily reject otherwise valid entries.

Military Entries. Certain promotions may provide complimentary entries to qualifying active-duty service members or veterans. If a potential winner received military-specific entries, the Administrator may require satisfactory proof of qualifying service before awarding the prize. Fraudulent military claims or falsified documentation will result in disqualification.

Winner Selection. Potential winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries using the drawing method stated in the applicable promotion-specific Official Rules. A selected entrant is not an official winner until eligibility has been verified and all required documentation has been completed.

Odds. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable sweepstakes.

Taxes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.

Prize Restrictions. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash unless the specific Official Rules expressly provide otherwise. Unused prize components have no cash value.

Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize may constitute permission for Militarize and participating promotion partners to use the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, city and state of residence, and prize information for reasonable promotional and publicity purposes without additional compensation.

Privacy. Personal information collected in connection with a sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with the Militarize Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Technical Problems and Tampering. The Administrator is not responsible for technical failures, website outages, interrupted communications, postal delays, lost or misdirected mail, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control. If fraud, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or another circumstance materially affects the integrity of a promotion, the Administrator may take reasonable action permitted by law to preserve the fairness of the sweepstakes.

Specific Rules Control. Each giveaway will have its own promotion-specific Official Rules describing the entry period, entry methods, prize, ARV, drawing procedures, eligibility requirements, winner notification procedures, and other applicable terms. If the General Rules conflict with the promotion-specific Official Rules, the promotion-specific Official Rules control.

MILITARIZE COMMANDERS VS. RAMS NFL EXPERIENCE SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR DONATION IS NOT REQUIRED TO ENTER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

Promotion Period: September 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time through November 1, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time.

These Official Rules (“Official Rules”) govern the Militarize Commanders vs. Rams NFL Experience Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Administrator concerning administration of the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.

1. Administrator, Fiscal Sponsor and Beneficiary

The Administrator is responsible for operation and administration of the Sweepstakes, including administration of entries, maintenance of records, coordination of the random drawing, notification of the potential winner, verification of eligibility, and other functions described in these Official Rules.

Fiscal Sponsor: Retask Foundation (“Fiscal Sponsor”) serves as fiscal sponsor in connection with the charitable fundraising component of the promotion and handles charitable funds associated with the promotion. The Fiscal Sponsor does not select the winner and is not the Administrator of the Sweepstakes unless expressly stated otherwise.

Beneficiary and Prize Provider: Warrior Rising (“Beneficiary” or “Prize Provider”), a nonprofit organization serving veterans, is the charitable beneficiary of the promotion and provides the Prize described below. Warrior Rising's provision of the Prize does not make it the Administrator.

The Administrator, Fiscal Sponsor, Beneficiary, Prize Provider, RandomDraws.com, and other entities materially involved in administration or fulfillment may collectively be referred to as the “Sweepstakes Parties.”

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Both civilians and members of the military community are eligible. Military service is not required to enter or win.

Employees, officers and directors of the Administrator and individuals directly involved in administering the random drawing, together with members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible to win. “Immediate family” means spouse, parent, child or sibling, including step and in-law relationships.

The Administrator reserves the right to verify an entrant's age, identity, residency and eligibility. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. PT on September 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on November 1, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

The Administrator's computer systems will serve as the official timekeeping method for electronic entries and transactions. Except as otherwise expressly provided in these Official Rules, all entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period.

4. No Purchase or Donation Necessary

NO PURCHASE OR DONATION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. An eligible entrant may participate without purchasing merchandise or making a charitable donation by using the free Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”) described in Section 8.

No entrant is required to make a payment to the Administrator, Fiscal Sponsor or Beneficiary as a condition of entering the Sweepstakes.

5. Authorized Methods of Entry

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants may receive Sweepstakes entries through eligible purchases made through Militarize.com; eligible charitable donations made through the designated promotion mechanism; complimentary military entries for qualifying individuals; the free mail-in AMOE; or another complimentary promotional entry opportunity expressly authorized by the Administrator for this Sweepstakes.

Entries have no monetary or property value and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, traded, bartered or redeemed. Entries obtained through unauthorized or fraudulent methods are void.

6. Purchase Entries

Eligible merchandise purchases made through Militarize.com during the Sweepstakes Period ordinarily receive 10 entries for each $1.00 of eligible purchase value.

The Administrator may conduct promotional multiplier periods during which qualifying purchases receive additional entries, up to 50 entries for each $1.00 of eligible purchase value. The applicable multiplier will be the multiplier advertised by the Administrator and in effect when the qualifying transaction is completed.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, qualifying purchase value means the eligible merchandise subtotal after discounts and excludes taxes, shipping and handling charges, gift cards, donations, and other amounts or products designated as ineligible. Fractional entries will not be issued; where necessary, calculations will be rounded down to the nearest whole entry.

The Administrator's transaction and entry records will govern entry calculations absent manifest error. A PURCHASE IS NOT REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN.

Entries attributable to transactions that are canceled, refunded, returned, reversed, charged back, disputed, unauthorized or fraudulent may be canceled, deducted or invalidated to the extent permitted by law. Invalidation of transaction-generated entries does not automatically invalidate legitimate entries obtained through another authorized method.

7. Donation Entries

Eligible charitable donations made through the designated donation mechanism associated with this Sweepstakes receive 50 entries for each $1.00 of eligible donation value.

The Fiscal Sponsor handles charitable funds associated with the promotion for the benefit of Warrior Rising. A DONATION IS NOT REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN.

Entries attributable to a donation that is canceled, refunded, reversed, charged back, unauthorized or fraudulent may be canceled or adjusted to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Official Rules constitutes tax advice or a representation concerning the deductibility of any contribution.

8. Free Alternative Method of Entry

An eligible entrant may obtain Sweepstakes entries without making a purchase or donation through the free mail-in AMOE.

The entrant must legibly handwrite on a plain piece of paper or card their full legal name, complete residential mailing address, email address, telephone number, and date of birth, together with the words “COMMANDERS VS. RAMS NFL EXPERIENCE SWEEPSTAKES — FREE ENTRY.”

The completed request must be placed in a properly stamped envelope and mailed to:

Each qualifying mail-in request receives 250 Sweepstakes entries.

There is no overall limit on the number of qualifying mail-in requests an eligible entrant may submit during the Sweepstakes Period. Each request must independently satisfy these requirements, must be personally and manually handwritten by the entrant, and must be mailed separately in its own envelope.

Photocopied, scanned, digitally reproduced, mechanically reproduced, computer-generated, preprinted, mass-produced, automated or otherwise duplicated requests are void. Requests prepared or submitted by an automated service, sweepstakes-entry service, bot or other third party on behalf of an entrant are also void.

Multiple requests contained within one envelope will not generate multiple sets of entries and may be rejected. Mail-in requests that are incomplete, illegible, altered, fraudulent, postage-due or otherwise noncompliant may be rejected.

Qualifying mail-in requests must be received by the Administrator no later than the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period. The Administrator is not responsible for mail that is lost, late, stolen, damaged, incomplete, misdirected or undelivered.

9. Complimentary Military Entries

Eligible active-duty members of the United States Armed Forces and eligible United States military veterans may claim 250 complimentary Sweepstakes entries per eligible person. No purchase or donation is required.

An entrant claiming military-specific entries represents that the entrant truthfully satisfies the applicable military-service requirement. If an entrant who received military-specific entries is selected as the potential winner, the Administrator will require satisfactory proof of qualifying military service before declaring the entrant an official winner.

Acceptable documentation may include a valid military identification card, DD Form 214, or other documentation reasonably acceptable to the Administrator. Sensitive information not necessary to verify eligibility may be permitted or required to be redacted.

False claims of military service, fraudulent or altered military documentation, impersonation of a service member or veteran, or other intentional misrepresentation of military status are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.

10. Treatment of Entries

Every valid individual Sweepstakes entry placed into the final drawing pool is treated equally in the random drawing. An individual entry generated through a purchase, donation, military benefit or AMOE has the same probability of being selected as any other individual valid entry.

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

11. Entry Verification and Fraud Prevention

All entries are subject to verification by the Administrator. The Administrator may investigate any transaction, entry, account, mailing, military-status claim or other circumstance reasonably indicating fraud, manipulation, tampering or violation of these Official Rules.

Prohibited conduct includes use of bots, scripts, macros, automated entry systems, false identities, manipulated transactions, unauthorized payment methods, fraudulent chargebacks, fabricated mail-in entries, mechanically reproduced AMOE requests, falsified military documentation, interference with Sweepstakes systems, or attempts to manipulate the random drawing.

The Administrator may disqualify an entrant or void entries based upon a good-faith determination that the entrant or entries violated these Official Rules or compromised the integrity of the Sweepstakes. The Administrator will not arbitrarily disqualify otherwise eligible entrants or entries.

12. Prize

One (1) verified winner will receive the Commanders vs. Rams NFL Experience (“Prize”).

The Prize includes two (2) suite tickets to the Washington Commanders vs. Los Angeles Rams professional football game scheduled for November 8, 2026; round-trip commercial airfare for the winner and one (1) guest originating from within the continental United States, limited to $1,000 per passenger and $2,000 total; two (2) nights of hotel accommodations for the winner and guest; field access, subject to applicable team, league, venue, security, credentialing, scheduling, safety and operational requirements; and an opportunity to meet or interact with participating players, coaches, personnel or other individuals, subject to availability.

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the entire Prize is $4,500.00. The Prize is provided by Warrior Rising.

The ARV represents a good-faith estimate of the retail value of the Prize. Actual value may vary based upon airfare, hotel rates, ticket value, point of departure, availability and market conditions. No compensation will be paid for any difference between the stated ARV and actual value.

13. Air Travel

Airfare consists of round-trip commercial airfare for the winner and one eligible guest originating from an airport within the continental United States and is limited to $1,000 per passenger, $2,000 total.

Any airfare exceeding the applicable allowance is the winner's responsibility unless the Prize Provider agrees otherwise in writing. Travel arrangements, including airline, airport, itinerary, fare, schedule and booking procedures, may be reasonably selected or approved by the Administrator and/or Prize Provider.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Prize does not include baggage fees, upgrades, seat-selection fees, meals, rental vehicles, ground transportation, parking, fuel, gratuities, travel insurance, hotel incidentals, room service, personal expenses, or other expenses not expressly identified as part of the Prize.

14. Alaska and Hawaii

Residents of Alaska and Hawaii are eligible to enter and win. Because the airfare component originates within the continental United States, a winner residing outside the continental United States is responsible for transportation to and from an eligible continental United States departure airport unless the Prize Provider expressly agrees otherwise.

15. Guest

The winner may select one (1) guest who is a United States citizen and legally able to participate in the applicable travel and event activities.

The guest must comply with all travel, venue, security and event requirements and may be required to execute a liability release, publicity release where lawful, acknowledgement of risk, or other reasonable participation documentation.

If the guest is a minor, additional parental or legal guardian documentation and restrictions may apply.

16. Event Conditions

The Prize relates to a live professional football game scheduled for November 8, 2026. The winner and guest must be available to travel and attend the event on the dates and times established by the Administrator and Prize Provider.

Professional sporting events, travel, field access, player appearances, coaching staff appearances, meet-and-greet opportunities and similar experiences may be affected by circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Sweepstakes Parties.

The appearance or participation of any particular player, coach, celebrity or other individual is not guaranteed unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Field access is subject to league, team, stadium, credentialing, operational, security and safety requirements.

If an ancillary experiential component becomes unavailable because of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Sweepstakes Parties, the Administrator and Prize Provider may provide the remaining available Prize components or a reasonable substitute where appropriate and permitted by law.

17. Random Drawing

Within approximately forty-eight (48) hours following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period, one (1) potential winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received.

The random selection will be conducted using RandomDraws.com, a third-party random drawing service. The Administrator will prepare or cause to be prepared the eligible entry pool after applicable entry validation.

The method through which an eligible entry was obtained will have no bearing upon its treatment during the random drawing.

18. Potential Winner Notification

The Administrator will attempt to notify the potential winner using the email address, telephone number and/or other contact information associated with the selected entry.

The potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the Administrator's initial notification attempt.

If the potential winner fails to respond, cannot be contacted, is ineligible, refuses the Prize, fails verification, fails to provide required documentation, provided materially false information, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected randomly from the remaining eligible entries.

19. Winner Verification

SELECTION AS A POTENTIAL WINNER DOES NOT CONSTITUTE CONFIRMATION THAT THE ENTRANT HAS WON THE PRIZE.

A potential winner becomes the official winner only after the Administrator verifies eligibility and the entrant satisfies all applicable requirements.

The potential winner must provide valid government-issued photo identification sufficient to establish identity and age. The Administrator may additionally require proof of residency, an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, publicity release where lawful, IRS Form W-9 or other tax documentation, travel information, and other documentation reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and fulfill the Prize.

If the potential winner received military-specific entries, satisfactory proof of qualifying military service will also be required.

20. No Cash Alternative; Transfer Restrictions

THERE IS NO CASH ALTERNATIVE TO THE PRIZE.

The winner may not demand cash instead of the tickets, airfare, hotel, field access, player interaction or any other Prize component. Except at the discretion of the Prize Provider or Administrator or as required by law, the Prize may not be sold, assigned or transferred.

Unused Prize components have no cash value and will not be refunded, credited or carried forward.

21. Failure to Attend; Forfeiture

The winner and guest must be available to participate on the dates required for the November 8, 2026 event.

If the verified winner declines the trip, fails to travel, misses required transportation, fails to attend the event, fails to comply with travel or venue requirements, or otherwise does not use all or part of the Prize, unused Prize components will be forfeited without cash compensation.

The Administrator, Fiscal Sponsor and Prize Provider have no obligation to provide a replacement vacation, future tickets, reimbursement or cash payment because the winner or guest fails to participate.

22. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for federal, state and local taxes arising from acceptance or use of the Prize.

The Administrator, Fiscal Sponsor, Prize Provider or other legally responsible party may require appropriate tax documentation and may issue an IRS Form 1099 or other tax form when required by applicable law.

23. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for the Administrator, Fiscal Sponsor, Beneficiary and their authorized promotional partners to use the winner's name, photograph, likeness, voice, statements, city and state of residence, and Prize information for reasonable advertising, promotional, public-relations and publicity purposes relating to the Sweepstakes without additional compensation.

Nothing in this section requires the winner to provide a false or misleading testimonial or endorsement.

24. Release

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Administrator, Fiscal Sponsor, Beneficiary, Prize Provider, RandomDraws.com, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (“Released Parties”) from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be released or waived.

The winner and guest acknowledge that air travel, ground travel, hotel accommodations, attendance at a professional sporting event, stadium activities and field access involve risks ordinarily associated with travel and live events.

25. Technical Failures

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Released Parties are not responsible for entries or communications that are lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, stolen, misdirected, illegible or undelivered because of circumstances outside their reasonable control.

The Released Parties are not responsible for website outages, internet or telecommunications failures, email filtering, payment-processing failures, data corruption, computer malfunction, carrier delays, postal delays or similar technical or delivery problems outside their reasonable control.

26. Tampering and Disqualification

Any attempt to damage, manipulate or interfere with the Administrator's website, entry systems, transaction records, Sweepstakes database, verification process or random drawing is prohibited.

The Administrator reserves the right to disqualify an entrant reasonably determined to have engaged in such conduct and to pursue remedies available under applicable law.

27. Suspension, Modification or Termination

If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, natural disaster, public emergency, governmental action, event cancellation or another circumstance outside the Administrator's reasonable control materially impairs the integrity, security, fairness or feasibility of the Sweepstakes, the Administrator may suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The Administrator will not modify these Official Rules for the purpose of manipulating the outcome or arbitrarily disadvantaging entrants.

If the Sweepstakes is lawfully terminated before completion, the Administrator may, where legally permissible and reasonably practicable, randomly select a potential winner from eligible entries received before the event requiring termination.

28. NFL and Team Disclaimer

THE NATIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE, WASHINGTON COMMANDERS AND LOS ANGELES RAMS ARE NOT THE ADMINISTRATOR, FISCAL SPONSOR OR CHARITABLE BENEFICIARY OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES.

The Sweepstakes is not administered or operated by the National Football League (“NFL”), Washington Commanders or Los Angeles Rams.

Participation, promotion, appearance or endorsement by an individual player, coach, staff member or other individual does not, by itself, constitute administration or sponsorship of the Sweepstakes by the NFL or an NFL team.

NFL, team, stadium, event and related names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. References are made solely for purposes of identifying and describing the Prize.

29. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with the Administrator's Privacy Policy and applicable law.

The Administrator may process information as reasonably necessary to administer entries, maintain records, detect fraud, conduct the drawing, contact potential winners, verify eligibility and military status where applicable, arrange and fulfill the Prize, satisfy tax or legal obligations, and publicize the winner where permitted.

30. Recordkeeping and Winner Information

The Administrator will maintain records reasonably necessary to document administration of the Sweepstakes, including applicable entry records, transaction adjustments, AMOE entries, random drawing information and winner verification records.

31. Governing Law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Official Rules and disputes arising directly from the Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent permitted by law, judicial proceedings arising directly from the Sweepstakes will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Utah.

Nothing in this provision eliminates any non-waivable federal or state right or protection available to an entrant.

32. Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed where necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

33. Official Rules Control

These Official Rules constitute the official terms governing the Sweepstakes.

Advertisements, social-media posts, videos, emails, landing pages, product pages, donation solicitations and other promotional materials may summarize the Sweepstakes but do not replace these Official Rules.

If promotional materials conflict with these Official Rules, these Official Rules will control to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The Administrator may correct non-material typographical, clerical or formatting errors where permitted by law but will not use a correction to materially alter the Sweepstakes or manipulate its outcome.
