MLTRZ INC. — MASTER POLICY

(Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions including Official Sweepstakes Rules, and Return Policy)

This Master Policy (the “Agreement”) governs your access to and use of militarize.com and any related pages, microsites, sweepstakes portals, and online stores operated by MLTRZ Inc.(“MLTRZ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Services”). MLTRZ provides marketing, administrative, and technology services supporting fundraising campaigns and sweepstakes conducted in support of Retask Foundation, a U.S. public charity recognized under Internal Revenue Code § 501(c)(3), Tax ID #33-4834127 (the “Charity”). MLTRZ also retails MLTRZ-branded merchandise and sells products offered by third-party sponsors and partners (“Sponsor Products”).

By using the Services, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

We do not sell personal information for money. Certain disclosures to sponsors/ad partners may be deemed a “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under some state laws (e.g., CCPA/CPRA).

5) State, Federal, and International Rights

How to Exercise Rights / Opt Out. Email info@mltrz.com with subject “Privacy Request” or “Privacy Opt-Out”. California residents may also use the persistent footer link labeled “Your Privacy Choices”. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required. We verify requests and respond within statutory timelines (typically 45 days, extendable once).

We use strictly necessary, performance/analytics, advertising/retargeting, and functionalcookies/tags/SDKs. EU/UK visitors are not served non-essential cookies unless they consent via the banner. We respect GPC as an opt-out to sale/sharing where required.

The Services are not directed to children under 13. Users under 18 may use the Services only with parent/guardian involvement.

9) Security and Retention

We use appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (including encryption in transit and PCI-DSS compliant processors). No system is 100% secure.
Retention: Donation/financial records are typically retained up to 7 years; sweepstakes and compliance records are retained as legally required; thereafter we delete or de-identify.

10) Do Not Track

Because no uniform industry standard exists, we do not respond to DNT signals. We do honor GPC where legally required.

11) Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last Updated” date reflects the effective date of changes. Material updates may be accompanied by additional notice.

PART B — TERMS & CONDITIONS

1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2) Donations, Product Purchases, and Subscription Contributions

All charitable donations made through the Services are made to Retask Foundation, a U.S. public charity recognized under Internal Revenue Code §501(c)(3), Tax ID #33-4834127.

MLTRZ Inc. acts solely as a fundraising, marketing, and administrative agent supporting the Charity and does not solicit donations for its own benefit.

Donations

One hundred percent (100%) of charitable donations collected through the Services are directed to Retask Foundation and are intended to support the Charity’s programs and mission.

Product Purchases

Certain merchandise and products may be sold through the Services, including MLTRZ-branded products and Sponsor Products. After payment processing, taxes, shipping costs, fulfillment costs, and cost of goods are deducted, all remaining net profits from product sales are contributed to Retask Foundation in support of its charitable activities.

Subscription Contributions

The Services may offer optional monthly subscription programs that provide sweepstakes entries, promotions, discounts, or other benefits. Ten percent (10%) of the monthly subscription revenue is contributed to Retask Foundation, while the remaining portion supports operational costs associated with administering sweepstakes, maintaining the Services, and promoting charitable fundraising campaigns.

Donation Receipts

Charitable donation receipts are issued by Retask Foundation or its designated payment processor. Purchases of products or subscriptions are not charitable donations unless explicitly stated.

Donations are voluntary and final except in cases of processing error, legal ineligibility, or as otherwise required by law.

MLTRZ Inc. may retain a portion of subscription revenue and operational funds to cover the costs of operating the platform, marketing campaigns, sweepstakes administration, and technology services supporting Retask Foundation fundraising initiatives.

Payments made through the Services may be processed through accounts controlled by MLTRZ Inc. for administrative and payment processing purposes. MLTRZ Inc. subsequently transfers the applicable charitable funds to Retask Foundation in accordance with the contribution structure described in this Agreement. MLTRZ maintains records of these transfers and provides them to the Charity for financial reporting and compliance purposes.
Transfers to Retask Foundation are typically made on a periodic basis after payment processing, refunds, and applicable transaction adjustments are accounted for.

3) Accounts; Electronic Communications; Marketing Consents

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account. You consent to receive electronic communications (transactional notices, disclosures).
Marketing: By providing your contact information and opting in (where required), you consent to marketing communications. SMS: Message/data rates may apply; frequency varies; text STOP to cancel, HELP for help. We comply with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and applicable state laws.

4) Purchasing Terms; Pricing; Risk of Loss; Fraud

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may correct pricing errors and refuse/cancel orders suspected of fraud/unauthorized activity. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Some merchandise consists of Sponsor Products; sponsor warranties or additional terms may apply.

5) User Conduct

You agree not to: (i) violate applicable laws; (ii) infringe IP, privacy, or publicity rights; (iii) upload or transmit malware; (iv) disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access; (v) engage in fraud/misrepresentation (including false military-service claims); or (vi) scrape or harvest data.

6) Intellectual Property; Limited License; DMCA

The Services and all content (text, graphics, logos, images, videos, code, compilations) are owned by MLTRZ, the Charity, or licensors, and protected by U.S. and international laws. We grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.
DMCA. If you believe your copyrighted work is infringed, email info@mltrz.com (subject: DMCA Notice) with: (a) signature; (b) identification of the work; (c) location of the material; (d) contact info; (e) good-faith statement; and (f) statement under penalty of perjury of accuracy/authority.

7) Third-Party Links & Platforms

The Services may link to third-party sites or run promotions on platforms (e.g., Meta, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube). Those parties are not sponsors of our sweepstakes and are released from liability by entrants. We are not responsible for third-party content or policies.

8) Warranty Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in writing, the Services and all content are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; to that extent, they may not apply.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MLTRZ, the Charity, sponsors, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid to MLTRZ in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

10) Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MLTRZ, the Charity, sponsors, and their affiliates/officers/directors/employees/agents from claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (i) your use of the Services; (ii) your breach of this Agreement; (iii) your violation of law or third-party rights; or (iv) your submissions or misconduct (including false military-service claims).

11) Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class-Action Waiver

Before filing a claim, the parties will attempt to resolve disputes informally in good faith. If unresolved, any dispute or claim relating to the Services or this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under applicable rules, on an individual basis only (no class actions or class arbitrations). The seat of arbitration is Utah, unless otherwise agreed. Either party may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court. Either party may seek injunctive relief to protect IP/confidential information.
30-Day Opt-Out. You may opt out of arbitration/class waiver within 30 days of your first use by emailing legal@mltrz.com with your name, address, and a clear statement opting out. If you opt out, both parties consent to the state or federal courts in Utah.

12) Governing Law; Venue

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Subject to arbitration, exclusive venue lies in the state and federal courts in Utah.

13) Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, governmental actions, epidemics, supply-chain disruptions, or internet/hosting outages).

14) Changes; Suspension; Assignment

We may modify or discontinue the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, suspected fraud, or security concerns. You may not assign this Agreement without our written consent; we may assign in connection with corporate transactions.

15) Severability; Waiver; Entire Agreement; Survival

If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions survive. No waiver is effective unless in a signed writing. This Agreement is the entire agreement regarding the Services and supersedes prior understandings. Provisions that by their nature should survive (IP, indemnity, limitation of liability, dispute resolution) survive termination.

PART C — OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES (GENERAL)

Sponsor and Administrator

Sponsor: Retask Foundation, a U.S. public charity recognized under Internal Revenue Code § 501(c)(3), Tax ID #33-4834127 (“Sponsor”).

Administrator: MLTRZ Inc. (“Administrator”), acting solely as a marketing, administrative, and fundraising agent on behalf of the Sponsor. Administrator is not a charitable organization and does not solicit donations for its own benefit.

NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR DONATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

These general rules apply to all sweepstakes administered by MLTRZ (each, a “Sweepstakes”). Each Sweepstakes will also have Specific Rules (entry period, prize/ARV, number of winners, selection/notification timelines) which supplement—and control over any conflict with—these general rules.

1) Eligibility (U.S. Only; Citizenship Requirement)

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least the age of majority in their state of residence, and who are legally capable of entering binding contracts. Not open to employees, officers, or directors of MLTRZ, the Charity, prize sponsors, promotional partners, or their respective affiliates/subsidiaries/advertising or promotion agencies, nor to their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or household members. Entrants must not be residents of jurisdictions under U.S. embargo or sanctions or other jurisdictions where participation or prize delivery would be unlawful.

Limit: Unless the Specific Rules state otherwise, limit one (1) prize per person per thirty (30)-day period across all MLTRZ-administered Sweepstakes.

2) How to Enter

Correction Notice — October 30, 2025

A clerical error was recently discovered in the mailing address listed for free mail-in entries.

If your mail-in entry was returned or undeliverable, please contact us at info@militarize.com for assistance ensuring your entry is properly recorded.

To ensure fairness to all participants, the Sponsor has extended the mail-in entry period by seven (7) calendar days and has updated the official sweepstakes end date for all forms of entry, including online and mail-in, to July 1, 2026.

All eligible mail-in entries postmarked on or before the original sweepstakes end date and received by July 1, 2026 will be honored, as well as any entries postmarked and mailed to the corrected address during this extended period.

The Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to collect and count any entries received at the previously listed address during the sweepstakes period. No participant will be disqualified solely due to this address error.

3) Military Verification; Stolen Valor

To claim any prize associated with military free entries, the potential winner must present valid government-issued military identification or other official proof of service satisfactory to MLTRZ. Failure to provide acceptable proof results in disqualification and selection of an alternate. Misrepresentation of military service (“Stolen Valor”) results in permanent ban and may be referred to authorities.

4) Entry Period; Timekeeping

Each Sweepstakes begins and ends on the dates and times stated in its applicable Specific Rules (the "Entry Period"). Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Specific Rules, the standard Entry Period for this Sweepstakes ended on July 1, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM Mountain Time. MLTRZ's computer system is the official timekeeper.

Following the close of the standard Entry Period, MLTRZ conducted certain previously announced promotional SMS campaigns. Eligible participants who qualified under the terms of those promotions were permitted to receive the promotional entries described in the applicable SMS offer through July 4, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM Mountain Time.

No new standard online entries, purchases, donations, or other general methods of entry were accepted after July 1, 2026. The July 4, 2026 extension applied solely to qualifying promotional SMS offers and only as expressly described in those promotions.

5) Random Drawing; Independent Administrator; Odds

Winners are selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period using a neutral, independent third-party sweepstakes selection system. Oddsdepend on the number of eligible entries received.

6) Winner Notification; Verification; Forfeiture

Potential winners are notified using the contact information provided (email; MLTRZ may also contact by phone/SMS). A potential winner who fails to respond and complete required documents within the timeframe stated in the Specific Rules (typically 24–72 hours) may be disqualified and an alternate selected. Winners may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, provide tax documentation (e.g., IRS Form W-9), complete any background checks reasonably required by MLTRZ, and, if applicable, provide military ID. Failure to complete verification results in forfeiture.

7) Prizes; Substitutions; Delivery; Specific Requirements

Prize details and Approximate Retail Value (ARV) appear in the Specific Rules. Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-refundable. MLTRZ may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. If a cash alternative is offered, the winner must elect by the deadline specified; otherwise, a default option may apply. MLTRZ coordinates delivery; timing/location are at MLTRZ’s reasonable discretion. Winners are responsible for insurance and other costs not expressly included.

Vehicle Prizes. The Sponsor will coordinate delivery of the vehicle prize with the verified winner in a commercially reasonable manner. The timing, location, and method of delivery shall be determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, based on logistical, operational, legal, safety, and financial considerations.

The Sponsor may reasonably delay physical delivery or legal title transfer as necessary to satisfy applicable lender requirements, lien releases, title processing, manufacturer restrictions, registration requirements, or other legal or administrative requirements beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control.

Prior to taking possession of the vehicle, the winner must present a valid driver's license, provide proof of insurance if required by applicable law or the Sponsor, and complete all title, registration, tax, emissions, licensing, and other documents required by applicable law.

Cash Supplement (if applicable). If the Specific Rules include a cash supplement in connection with a vehicle or other non-cash prize, the cash supplement is intended to assist the winner with expenses associated with accepting and taking possession of the prize, including, but not limited to, taxes, registration, title fees, insurance, travel, transportation, lodging, licensing, or other prize-related expenses. The winner remains solely responsible for all taxes and expenses except to the extent expressly stated in the Specific Rules.

8) Taxes and Fees

Winners are responsible for all taxes/fees unless otherwise stated. For U.S. residents, MLTRZ may issue IRS Form 1099 based on ARV and may, where disclosed, provide a tax supplement.

9) Registration & Bonding (Where Required)

For Sweepstakes that meet statutory thresholds, MLTRZ will register and/or bond where required, including New York, Florida, and Rhode Island as applicable. Registration/bonding does not imply endorsement by any authority.

10) Publicity Release

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s permission for MLTRZ, the Charity, and prize sponsors to use the winner’s name, likeness, voice, city/state, and biographical information for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation.

11) Trademarks; Third-Party Rights

All third-party names, logos, and marks are the property of their respective owners. Unless expressly stated, Sweepstakes are not sponsored or endorsed by any third party whose name/product may appear.

12) Suspension/Modification/Termination

MLTRZ may extend, suspend, modify, or terminate a Sweepstakes, including changing the start or end dates, if circumstances arise that in MLTRZ’s reasonable opinion affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes (including, without limitation, force majeure events, technical issues, vendor or platform outages, or errors in entry processing). In addition, MLTRZ reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to extend or modify the Sweepstakes Entry Period for any reason, provided that no entrant is materially disadvantaged by such change. Any updates will be posted to the Services and are effective upon posting.

If MLTRZ determines that any entrant has attempted to tamper with the entry process, manipulate entries, use automated systems, bots, or scripts, or otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, MLTRZ reserves the right to disqualify such entrant and void all associated entries.

13) Winners List

A winners list may be requested by mailing a self-addressed stamped envelope to MLTRZ at the address in Part E within 90 days after a Sweepstakes concludes.

PART D — RETURN POLICY (PRODUCTS ONLY)

This Return Policy applies to physical products purchased from MLTRZ via the Services, including MLTRZ-branded merchandise and Sponsor Products sold by MLTRZ. It does notapply to donations, sweepstakes entries, or other contributions.

1) Eligibility & Window

Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase. Items must be new, unused, and in resalable condition with all original tags, labels, manuals, accessories, and packaging. Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

2) How to Return

Securely repackage the item with proof of purchase and mail to:

Unless due to MLTRZ error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), you are responsible for return shipping and must use a trackable method. MLTRZ is not responsible for lost returns.

3) Inspection; Refunds; Exchanges

After receipt and inspection, we will notify you of approval/rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping/handling are non-refundable except where the return is due to MLTRZ error. Exchanges for size/color/comparable items are offered subject to availability; if unavailable, a refund may be issued.
