Militarize.com is owned and operated by MLTRZ Inc. d/b/a Militarize. MLTRZ Inc. is a for-profit corporation and is separate from Retask Foundation, a tax-exempt nonprofit organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

When a fundraising opportunity on Militarize.com expressly identifies Retask Foundation as the charitable recipient, the donation is made to Retask Foundation, not MLTRZ Inc. MLTRZ Inc. facilitates the transaction as Retask Foundation's fundraising and collection agent. Retask Foundation retains legal control and discretion over charitable funds received.

Merchandise purchases through Militarize.com are transactions with MLTRZ Inc. and are separate from charitable donations unless expressly stated otherwise.
